Eddie Munnelly

Director & Head of Player development

UEFA A-licence coach holding the FA Advanced Youth Awards and also the Premier leagues Elite Coaches Award. Eddie has a degree in sports science and over 15 years experience coaching experience at the professional and academy level. Eddie spent time playing in USA and embarked on coaching alongside his football from and early age. His experience has taken him across the globe consulting and also in a learning capacity, most recently coming back for a season in South America studying football, coaching and cultural influences on player development.

Kwesi Hayford

Director & Head of business Development

Kwesi is a UEFA A-Licence coach and graduated from Hertfordshire University with a 2:1 in Economics. Following this he completed a master’s degree in finance at the University of Leeds but then decided to pursue a passion for sports and learning. His tenure in coaching has seem him work across all phases of the game in academy football and also work alongside many top professionals as a performance coach and mentor. Kwesi’s passion for learning has also seen him delve deeply into Cognitive training through time spent studying and working in Holland at Willem II, Belgium at Genk and of course RSC Anderlecht. Through Kwesi’s drive and vision; our unique, forward thinking and proven methodology has come from many hours of focused learning and refining.

Leia Ryan

Head of Marketing

Leia has worked with multiples sectors including events, hospitality, charity and sports. Her passion for working with start up businesses started after having the opportunity to support entrepreneurs and supporting their businesses to blossom. Her experience in marketing and social media has helped Jus Ball Performance portray their methodology to current and future clients.

Michael Spencer

Non-league Liaison

Michael is currently the first team manager at Waltham Abbey football Club. After a successful non league career and some time spent playing in USA; Michael began specialising in Early Years sessions delivering to over 400 pupils. This saw him open up his own successful business working through the pre academy and foundation phase ages along with an innovative forward thinking schools program. For JB Performance, Michaels wealth of knowledge in non league football perfectly bridges the gap between first team and youth football along with bringing a consistent level of work ethic and drive that reinforces a vital building block in our culture.

I joined Jus Ball performance because it is a group of young and hungry liked minded people who i can see will push me to become better as much as I will push them.

Nathaniel Orafua

Junior Coach

Born in Hackney, starting at Interwood and joining Hampstead FC as an attacker. At the age of 8 he was scouted and given the opportunity to trial for Arsenal but shortly after signed with Tottenham until he was 14. Playing in numerous countries he later signed with QPR. This is where Nathaniel met the Jus Ball coach who told him he was best playing as a midfielder. Working closely together, find out more about himself, he later won a tournament in Holland at the end of that season. After having two successful years, Nathaniel tore is ACL, MCL and meniscus in his right knee and whilst recovering doing his A levels and level 2 coaching badges and on return to playing gained a second injury.

I have started coaching to help keep my mind occupied and have learned so many new things. Jus Ball has given me the chance to work on both my playing ability and coaching all different ages and abilities to help learn the basics and fundamentals of coaching which will in turn make me a better player.

Zain Moreea

Junior Coach

Growning up in East London and playing football since he was 7, Zain has spent much of his years as a player in the academy system. After graduating from school Zain took an interest in coaching and working with academy players ages u8 – u18, allowing him to personally relate with their journey. At 18, he began to play 23s football at Bromley. Training with the first team opened his eyes to the high standard professional football requires, and incorporated this standard into his coaching. He has already seen great success with his vast bank of young academy players with his studious nature seeing his coaching progress ahead if his years.

I have learnt a lot over my years from grassroots football to the academy system. Football has not only been a game to me, it has influenced my day to day life. I’ve learnt from good and bad experiences, and I am determined to prevent my players from making the same mistakes I did. My goal is to assist the development of players on and off the pitch, and Jusball has allowed me to do exactly that

Stephen

Junior Coach

Born and raised by grandmother in the Peru, Stephen moved to Tokyo japan for 4 years where he began playing football .At Returning to Peru he was given the opportunity to play youth team of Peruvian giants (“La U”) On return to the UK he then joined Hendon Fc youth, Tottenham development Southgate college u19’s. Later signing for Waltham Forest Fc (First team) then onto a scholarship with Aldershot town Fc. After signing with Granada CF, trialling with Mill Wall FC, he went to Wadham lodge Fc where he suffered a meniscus tear injury. Last year he joined Club social Deportivo maristas, representing a small town and becoming champions of Lima the capital of Peru. This was a massive achievement for them. To represent the capital city and to play against the best teams from the other big cities was huge. Stephen gained coaching
experience from coaching younger players at the club and being given an opportunity to coach whilst being a scholar at Granada cf.

My aspirations as a player is to play at the highest level of professional football and to represent my country (Peru).
My aspirations as a coach are to help as many players as possible reach their
full potential and share my experiences both ups and downs. I am now Looking forward to working with JB performance and maximise my own potential as a coach.

Daniel Matsuzaka

Junior Coach

My aspirations as a player are to play in the premier league and represent Japan. My aspirations as a coach, are to help as many players reach their potential. I am looking forward to working with JB Performance and maximise my own potential as a coach.

Growing up in North London, signing for Crystal Palace at 14, following on to sign for Southend United. Daniel had a 2 year scholarship and three years as a professional having the opportunities for playing with Japan u19’s and on the bench for England u19s. Whilst playing and currently signed for Oxford city, he is a FA qualified level 2 coach, also working as a Teaching assistant whilst coaching with multiple schools.
